If you decide on using Accountified for bookkeeping review services, then every quarter our accountant will log into your bookkeeping and review for mistakes, missed tax deductions, tax planning opportunities. They then provide you a list of what they found so you can review and make the corrections. They can also help take over the bookkeeping if you wish to hand it over and focus more on your business.

The first threshold for selecting a package is the business revenue per the prior year tax return.  

12 months. Each engagement period includes all tax returns, support, reviews, and more. Once 12 months has passed, you many renew the engagement or cease the service.

Accountified can prepare returns going back 7 years. Pricing is based on revenue in those years. For details on the pricing and more information about prior year tax return preparation.

If you have rental properties, additional state returns or local returns, we may charge additional fees to cover those but that is decided on a case by case basis during your free trial.

Generally more than 2 rental properties are charged $15/mo each. Additional states or local returns are $25/mo each. But in some cases we waive that fee if the engagement is not that complex. Also, we may charge more if the engagement is very complex. 

Basic support is email only. Each email in basic support will be replied to within 72 hours of receiving. No meetings and no chat support.

Premium support includes everything in basic, plus optional meetings with your team whenever you want. Also includes quick answers via our live chat and email answers within 24 hours of receiving. Premium support is best if you want to be able to have phone or online meetings with your team during the year.
